Margaret Cheatham Williams

Margaret Cheatham is the founder and creative force behind Moxie — the originator of its thesis, its brand worldview, and the integrated life it's designed to make possible for its members.

Her career began in journalism, as a photographer, producer, and editor at The New York Times, ProPublica, and in the freelance world. Over more than a decade in storytelling, she pursued impact on a national scale — covering politics, sports, stillbirth, life and death — and developed a conviction that narrative, at its best, achieves intimacy that touches the full arc of the human condition. The work was rewarding, and exhausting.

She spent nearly 15 years in New York City and San Francisco before returning home to Charlotte with her husband, two boys, and their "everything bagel," Duma. The move clarified something she had been circling for years: the impact she craved could be far more local. Moxie is the answer to that realization — a place rooted in care, designed to bring women together in real life, in thoughtful ways. A challenge to the idea that ambition has to hurt, and a space for softness, slowness, and soul.

Hannah Kluckhohn Dings

Brand & Creative Operations Lead

Hannah leads brand and marketing operations at Moxie — shaping brand articulation, visual identity, storytelling, and experience design while managing pre-opening creative budgets, external partners, and design-driven execution across marketing, space, and member touchpoints.

Her career sits at the intersection of creative strategy, production, and operational execution. After graduating from the Fashion Institute of Technology, she joined Hearst Magazines, producing content across more than twenty titles including ELLE Decor, Harper's Bazaar, Town & Country, and Delish — and developing a deep understanding of how to translate editorial vision into scalable, high-performing content. She spent the next four years as Senior Creative at Veronica Beard, where she helped reinvent the brand's visual identity, led global photo and video productions, managed multi-million-dollar budgets, and built a cross-functional creative team as the company rapidly scaled.

She has produced projects around the world, managed crews of 50+, and worked across fashion, lifestyle, interiors, hospitality, and consumer brands — a rare blend of creative leadership, production rigor, and hospitality sensibility.

Operations Lead to Founder and Interim CFO

Caroline leads operations and finance at Moxie — vendor procurement, service-flow logic, financial modeling, investor process management, and the master development roadmap that keeps every workstream moving toward launch.

Her career sits at the intersection of growth strategy, revenue operations, and go-to-market execution. At DoorDash, she managed a national enterprise portfolio generating $10M in annual revenue, ran 350+ concurrent deal cycles, and consistently delivered 125% quota attainment with ~90% client retention. She has taken early-stage businesses from zero to scale, including FutureWELL Holdings, where she identified and validated over $50M in enterprise revenue opportunity and built strategic partnerships with Costco and Cisco. At Akasha Superfoods, she built the affiliate and influencer channels that expanded distribution into Whole Foods.

She holds an MBA in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from UNC Kenan-Flagler and a BA in Journalism from UNC Chapel Hill — a rare blend of financial, operational, and communication fluency.
